The Diversity Foundation delivers beds to one of the many resesrvations we serve
The Diversity Foundation (DF) has helped many First Nations people, over the past 15 years, with basic needs such as food, clothing, furniture and educational opportunities. In addition, we seek partnerships toward alternate energy, sustainable housing, jobs & economic development. DF has developed significant resources with video coverage of historic events and interviews with tribal elders & leaders. DF continues its support and partnership with Indigenous artists.
The Diversity Foundation's goal is to help facilitate reconciliation between our nation’s contemporary Europeans and descendants of the Dakota, Ho Chunk and other "First People" who once lived and called Minnesota their pre-European Homeland. Fundamental to this task is addressing the needs of under-served people who live on economically disadvantaged reservations or depressed inner city areas, but also helping to connect talented professionals with opportunities to inform as well as market to the dominant culture.
